Some of my letters were delivered to his office by the mail carrier since they were undeliverable and also checked in several surrounding and major gaming jurisdictions/departments; casino owners and retired players. Have also checked with those who collect metalics in France, though one suggested maybe Thermal in Vichy (1909). Virtually impossible to search with the word thermal.
