Good story, Ed. We go to Henderson, KY every year in June for the W C Handy Blues Festival and a trip to Ellis Park...like going back to the 1960's at Ellis.

The gambling joints and Ellis are north of the Ohio River in what everyplace else is Indiana. Not sure if gambling interests lobbied for this or not. May have been an Indian treaty thing. I've picked up chips and dice from almost all the joints once there, the Commando, the Kasey Club, Pastime Billiards and Walker's Tavern.

BTW I list the Dells,the Trocadero and Green River Gardens as being in Evansville. Is that correct?
