Many of you know I collect all things Frontier. A few years ago I found this signed 8x10 glossy of Joel "Jinks" Barez, appearing at the Frontier Hotel. You can google his name for an interesting bio, mostly associated with Las Vegas and the Gaming industry.
Today, at the swapmeet, I find this front license plate, and learn he was also President of the World Clown Association !!
