Alex, I don't know who actually framed them. But I bought my first 4 piece framed set from our old friend Jim Gillette for $250 about 20 years ago. I later bought 2 additional sets from Jim for $200 each. He never told me who put them together, but he was definetly a major source for these plaque sets. I often wondered if he was actually putting them together himself. See you in June !
