I only ate red snapper one time in my life. Back in the 60`s when I was in the Navy aboard the USS Forrestal CVA 59 . Air Craft Carrier. We were in Barcelona Spain, anchored out and was fishing off of the fantail of the ship and caught several red snappers and took them down to our chefs and they prepared the fish for us. Great tasting fish. Ron
