I live in Saratoga Springs. There is a local author who has done quite a bit of research and written a book titled “Chippin away at the gambling scene of Saratoga”. His name is Richard Carbin. He states there were only white and yellow PJS crest and seal chips. This is all I have to go on. So yes, these are the only two colors “known”.
