Will he be able to "alleviate" the so called "trouble" of course he will survive through it.

The tricky question is - how do the Indian casino redistribute the benefits down to the last family within its group, equally or by trickle down effect?

We know "corporate casinos" redistribute them through shares of stock and options, they work thru gov't rigid rules and regulations.
