Possibly more reasons than you thought of.
It is not an increased charge for non-table holders, it is a discount for table holders.
Dealers are always asking for more for their $$. For a few years up to 2016 we had a discount incentive where a dealer could take an extra table above what they had the previous year for a discount. Over time that got abused as people 'shared' two tables which defeated the purpose.
So the end of that scheme and the need to sell more advertising contributed to this.
