I wondered that myself. My wife and I went to the 2017 Delta Zeta formal. You had to buy tickets to get a drink. No chips. No "Vegas night" type stuff. My daughter asked the DZ house mother about them and she had no idea what they were for. They are well made chips. Someone spent some $ to make them. Why is the question....
