1500 chips is a large home set. Of course if I’m ordering a 1500 chip set, maybe 300 to 400 max for $1. Many more $5, $25s and $100.

Maybe the set was used in some kind of business where, for the most part, only $1s were used.

Does not look like a poker set. Then again, could there be a second order card?
