We need help with:
Loading/unloading with Roy the day before and day after the show -Heavy Lifting Required
Dealer Unloading - Wednesday afternoon -No Heavy Lifting.
Set up and or Tear Down - Wednesday morning, early / Saturday afternoon.
Membership Table - Assisting Membership with assorted duties.
Promotions Table- Assisting Roy with sales of promotional items
Auction Table - Thursday - assisting with registering auction attendees and with lot information
Auction Table - Friday / Saturday - assisting the Treasurer with after auction duties.
Raffle Table - Assisting Doug at this fun table.
Casino Floor Table - This table is at the bottom of the stairs and it promotes the show. You'll have a chance to talk to casino guests and promote the show upstairs.
Trade Session - Monitor Trade Sessions. Wednesday - Friday
Volunteers receive a few perks:
Invitation to a Reception Saturday night - Convention and Club Volunteers Only and a special thank you gift
Passes to the MOB Museum
Special Ribbons on credentials
Your name listed in the convention program

Volunteering really is a great way to meet people, get involved with the club and just to have a part in making the convention a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
