It depends on the type of the submission. Certain administrators handle items for certain locations, like Nevada or England. Other administrators handle a certain type of item, like Slot Cards or Harley-Davidson chips. Not all areas are covered and the administrators help in these uncovered territories when they can. Our guideline to the administrators is that submissions in your area should be processed within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, any other administrator can process the submission. However, certain types of submissions, like Illegal Chips from Illinois, may take a lot of research time to authenticate. In this case, additional time will be allowed to the administrators.

I have learned that when people volunteer, they deserve a tremendous amount of credit for their generosity, giving of themselves for the benefit of others. Each volunteer has an individual sense of commitment to the cause, that is to be entirely expected. I will never ding a volunteer when their efforts are less than expected. I accept that they are doing what they can and appreciate it and also look for other ways to get the work done right.
