Some of what you show does appear to be new chain mold designs while others are simply a chain design embossed into the chip such as I show below and, just because the design is on the rim; or near to the edge may not constitute calling the design a mold design, proper. Way too may of these edge designs are on plastic, clay composition and whatever else to be named unless a manufacturer or distributor gave such design a name or form of ID. Just my thinking.
