Scott - If they don't combine shipping, I will not buy from them. Unless it is just one chip I really want and the price is right. Those that do what you described have every right not to combine but, they should make it clear in their auctions/offers. In my opinion, it is unfair not to combine shipping in a reasonable fashion. I usually buy more when they offer one price shipping for all the chips you buy during a said period.
