I think they were 1st attributed to Primadonna Reno...then to Ernie Primm’s Card Club, Gardena...I just don’t know. Interesting this guy has all This Primadonna roulettes and Quite a few EPC Club chips he got together. Maybe the E is for Ernie and the P & C are actually partners??
