Help on an eyeball Token Appraisal

Have a friend who owns an auction service ask me about a lot of Token's he can across and wants to sell. There are 3 Franklin Mint books which are complete dated 1965 (2), and 1967. There is also I believe a complete 1966 series (see example picture below. He also has a misc token book of mostly used Vegas Tokens (most in poor shape and likely worthless), a couple sheets of misc gaming, free drink, etc tokens, and some misc plastic NCV tokens from 4 Queens etc. I'd assume the Franklin mint books are the only true value item but know idea on what to tell him to consider selling it for. He is going to sell it outright and not put it on auction. I may purchase it if I can get it for a decent deal. Any advice or help appreciated. If you'd like to email me privately about it that works too. I have more pictures but didn't want to post all of them.. Thanks
