The original listing auction by Potter and Potter described them as belonging to a known dice cheat who had all kinds of items for rigging games in his case.

These Dies were supposedly used to stamp loaded dice that he could then introduce into a craps game.

I have some other dice dues listed as well that didn’t come from that auction and appear to be manufacturers Dies for real dice.

While I still have hundreds of hot stamp does for chips, I don’t really collect dice so decided to part with these.
