On March 5, 2018, Dr. Ray Irani resigned from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Wynn Resorts, Limited (the "Company"), effective immediately. In addition, on March 5, 2018, Alvin V. Shoemaker advised the Board that he will not stand for re-election at the expiration of his term at the Company's 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, but will serve the remainder of his term.
