Someone had published a very interesting article about these chips way back in the early-90s. The article may have been in an auction catalog and that info was mentioned on Travis' Chip Listserve, I believe... and then again here afterwards. Maybe it was due to a big find or something, but don't remember.

Every example I ever had was new.
Any idea when they were first recorded/ introduced/offered for sale..?
