This problem is getting deep ... may be best if you get local help (kids or neighbor) or email Poker Stars support. My wild guess is that it won't write to a bad spot (sector on your hard drive), therefore denied access and it's done. May be why you had trouble in the first place. If it was me I would run a check disk (this would check and hopefully fix any bad spots), download a new install program and try again. Remember you can download both (2 sites) .net and .com. I'm only guessing now, just trying to help. Over my head if it doesn't work, out of ideas!
