The Internet is now the meeting place for most collectables areas of interest.

Though I agree our magazine and convention are both excellent benefits of being a member, there might not be enough interest for most casino chip collectors to buy into membership if they have access to the magazine and, if they want to go to the show at the convention they can visit as a guest.

One does not have to look too far to see many active collectors who are not club members; here, especially. ☺
