The PokerChipForum.com community was informed today that Sal Apodaca of Old West Poker Supplies has passed away. Sal did some great ceramic custom work, seemingly specializing in bringing casino-like sets to the home market. He also was a prolific provider of custom dealer buttons and other limited print run items.
