The ChipGuide and the MoGH websites are down. Operations was not able to restart the website and handed the problem over to level 2 support. It should be up in an hour or two. Watch for status updates. No changes were made on my end that could effect the website like this, so it is something in the server hardware or support that is causing the problem.
