One of the few antique shows of the year here in Nashville this coming week also. Drives me nuts that I have to wait 6 months between shows here and then the vendors never have any chips anyway. They call it antique week. Starts on Wednesday and they fill a whole motel with dealers. Then on the weekend they have a big show at the fair park. Many times I can't believe the prices at the fair park. The stuff is nice but at five to ten times what it is worth. I am talking about a primitive wooden box for $1000 or a quilt for $5000. Hope they have something decent for me this year that I can afford.
