I am planning on buying 3 for $25, but I am waiting until May as wasn't there some sort of discount or raffle for additional tickets last year as an incentive to encourage more ticket sales?

I don't remember the exact details of what happened last year, but maybe others are waiting as well to try to win additional tickets..
