Well, then you realize that a mistake was made and the people who were trusted did not fulfil the promises and actions that they ran on. In the next election you vote them out. If a real majority of people in the club feel the same way they should all make sure they vote and vote against these people. Let me state here that I do believe that there really is a majority of chippers that are anti-slab. It is unfortunate that they do not always express their feelings. That I think is a big source of confusion here. Only 350 people, as I understand, have joined the Slab Free Chapter. That is clearly not a majority of CC & GTCC members. But the confusion comes from those who assume that members, by not joining are in favor of slabbing. That is not necessarily true. In fact, as I was saying, I sense from the messages on this board that a majority of people do oppose slabbing. They just do not officially state that.
Let me ask you a question because I truely do not know the answer. I am not yet a member of
CC & GTCC. Therefore I have never voted in one of the elections. How is the vote conducted. Mail in ballots or proxies, At the Convention etc. Does a member have to be present to vote in an election. I am just curious regarding any reasons that a member may not voice their choices. Is it lazyness or inconvenience or inability to attend a convention etc.
