TCB user "Zach" (as seen in this post: http://www.thechipboard.com/index.cgi/page/2/md/read/id/1503315/sbj/fs-ebay-chip-lots-in-auction/ ) has had a series of claims levied against him that he has failed to send chips even months after receiving payment. He also seems to have ceased communication with those claiming to be owed chips or a refund.

Zach was contacted by the forum admin and given a chance to make things right privately but it appears that has not occurred.
