John really hit it out of the park w/the inlay design, but then again he always does. He's worth every penny spent and every second waiting in his queue (I've waited up to a year to come up in his queue before - he's absurdly good, and abusrdly in demand). The chip design I can't really take credit for - by and large, Mr. Binion (or whoever came up w/the chips for him) gets that credit.
