While The Orleans has issued quite a few No Cash Value chips, as Tournament chips for Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat and Pai Gow Tournaments (over 20 different chips) they have only issued 2 player incentive No Cash Value chips. The one shown above for Chinese Lunar New Year and the below Mardi Gras issues, and 2 Poker Room Buy-In chips.
