You are correct the numbered chips are roulette's, I have a few of those as well. The non # chip is still sort of a mystery.

I don't believe my chip has a TCR# unless it's in the new book. Like I said it's in the H.C. Edwards records as a Horseshoe Vegas chip stamp, but I have not seen another like it.
