Fair enough Jerry - - thanks for reaching out.
Yes, Joe Pavlik (RIP) introduced me to the hobby and club functions. No, I was never a member.
In June I was wrongfully jerked around like a yo-yo at the annual convention admission desk by a nasty, rude aggressive person named Archie Black. I don't take crap from anyone, anytime.
I took the beef from the admission desk and appealed to the show chairman Sheldon, a nice old man who seemed utterly incapable of making a reasoned decision. His wife Christine tried to intervene and was rebuked by Herr Archie, a self-proclaimed judge & jury who apparently relishes and embellishes his perceived power as gatekeeper.
You folks are supposed to be bound by a Code of Ethics that was dishonored then and now.
Scott's recent public smears which question my masculinity, smear my beloved mother and include a totally false and defamatory statement that he was somehow involved with my personal development constitute libel and slander. Absent a prompt public apology and retraction, I may pursue civil litigation against the sponsors of the website and the individuals who have defamed me on this venue.
In this regard, it is hereby requested that all entries and any alterations or deletions thereof be preserved for evidentiary purposes.
BTW, don't take any legal advice from Bob as my identity is well known by many who access these posts and I certainly have standing to seek legal redress and substantial monetary damages.
Jerry, if the matter is promptly and properly resolved and we are not adverse parties in litigation, I'll plan to schedule a meeting with you at the Arizona Charlie's event to further answer your question "where's the beef?" Please make inquiry of Archie, Sheldon, Christine and Scott to gather the facts. You will learn a great deal about the bona fides of these members and their non-adherence to the Code of Ethics, inter alia. In particular, I suggest that you determine whether they adhered to the following aspects of the CCGTCC Code of Ethics:
To conduct myself so as to bring no discredit to the Club or to impair the prestige of the Club or its members.
To base all of my dealings on the highest plane of justice, fairness and morality.
