I just acquired the Roulette Wheel shown below from a woman in Florida. The reason I wanted this 16" Wheel was because of the arrangement of the numbers around the wheel. As you can see the numbers run in sequence skipping 2 numbers starting at 0, 1, 4, 7, 10 - 34. then continuing from 00, 2, 5, 8, 11 - 35 and then 3, 6, 9, 12 - 36 .
The colors of the Numbers match the colors on a "normal" Double "00" layout.
This wheel may have been made for home use, BUT WHY this numbering sequence ?? Has anyone ever seen a Wheel with this numbering sequence ?? There is no maker's name that I can see anywhere on this Wheel. This Wheel also has round pockets in the aluminum rim surrounding the numbers. The center of the wheel with the numbers looks to be wood covered in "leather".
Anyway I could not resist adding this strange wheel to my "Roulette" collection.
