Only a small minority of chips

There are only about 4 of these known:

They are in the hands of 2 collectors, as far as I know. I saw one being sold by one of the 2 collectors on eBay. Started with a small beginning bid, then went crazy low on the second try. Never sold.

It's not that there are too many chips. There are too few collectors. I can probably name virtually all of them.
