Joking aside, maybe you folks should consider some new blood. The Neon Museum has boomed since appointing an aggressive, creative and innovative new President/CEO two years ago.

I don't see any of those characteristics (aggressive, creative or innovative) in the club leaders, do you?

I do not mean to say that the leaders are not dedicated hobbyists and great people. But I sense they are like pallbearers leading the hobby to its grave.
