wow archie, AMAZING!!!. have you even read any of these posts? or comprehended them? the issue of slabbing and hiring an executive director are in no way related and no such intimation has been made to that effect. you are so against any kind of change you didn't even read the posts before you gave your opinion!!! it is dinosaurs like you that will prevent this hobby from growing.
