The single page website 'chipguide.com' is owned by me. Behind the single page website is the engine that jointly runs this forum, strikepoint and slotcardbbs.
There has been external advertising on that page since it was created 19 years ago.

All the chipguide related links on that page will take you to the virtual chipguide on the MoGH site, owned by the club/mogh. No external advertising on that site.
Aside from the fact the person that created the forum software engine in chipguide is no longer with us, the page ranking of that single page is high enough that it generates around 40% of the money needed to run these forums from it's adverts. Without that there would be a huge shortfall.
