I use a regular or a #10 envelope with corrugated sticky cardboard for my singles up to 5 chips and 6 and over chips I use the package rates. Doing it this way I can guarantee shipping at these rates: 1-2 chips $1, 3-4 chips $2, 5-6 chips $3 etc.
