A hobby (area of collectable interest) does not need a club to hold itself together; history shows us this.

Our hobby has never been as strong as it is right now with more books, organized meets and exhibitions, websites the world over than ever before.

The fads (whim) that had increased our club membership years ago was just a passing fancy due to an idea from casinos which quickly turned sour; which mostly attracted fly-by-night operators thinking their was a bandwagon to jump on which would take them on an endless road to success ($£€)... and, while most of them vanished in thin air, those who were the true collector of casino chips continued onward enjoying the hobby and club as they did prior.

Our (hobby) base is now the Internet and we as a group will remain.
