When I asked one inspector assigned to my case what constitutes pattern, his response was "it takes a lot" which explains why both inspectors closed each case of the attempt made on me in 72-hours. When I questioned this and suggested that in my opinion there most certainly appears to be a pattern since the same address is used and twice with me within 6-weeks, the agent agreed that is most certainly a pattern and assigned me another case number. On 2 January, 2018, I will call them again.
