Someone is trying to, or has stolen your identity. It's obvious the the Postal Inspectors will not do their job! It might be time to seek identity theft protection. If your a member of AAA or AARP they have services that are free or discounted. Perhaps consult with a lawyer, or since this involves federal agency, contact your members of congress. Also alert your bank to be on the lookout for possible fraud.
