First off POSITIVE attitude is a must, and remember that Please word. I forgot to go to the Hard Rock while at the convention in Vegas to pick-up the "Free Chip" that is now selling for $100 plus, so when I got back home I called the Hard Rock and got to the gift shop and used the Please word a lot and they mailed the chip to me.
