How does one determine the value of a NCV chip? This chip is from the Casino Regina Dealer's Training school, and was used as a $5 chip in there, but there are literally maybe 6 outside of that room. I was thinking of trading one off, as I have two, but have no idea what would be fair to ask for it. Any help, advice, or interest would be appreciated.
