G'eveing Folks

I'm going through some chips I just purchased. Tried to take the chip out of the holder it came in. It was stuck. Tried to get it out, and parts of the printing stuck to, and stayed with, the holder.

Be careful about putting this type of chip in a cheap holder!
Turned a $3 chip into a $1 chip. Not a major loss, but still quite annoying!

Anyone have any advice/experience with how to safely store this type of chip?
Will an Air-Tite work well? (But spending $1 on an Air-Tite to protect a $3 chip???)
