Back around 1987-8 when Silver State Mint was producing gaming tokens,
I remember they had a press and gift shop set up in the back of the Mint
(where Binions poker room is now). They would strike Mint 400 tokens for
sale-along with other stuff. This operation was in the middle of the floor in
a glass enclosure. Their main minting operation, however, was out on the
Boulder Highway.
