The Chinese do make crappy batteries, I've had them overheat, and some don't last too long.
But for a $10 watch for sale, go for it, and hope only one or two watches come back on you damaged.

P.S. How did you manage to get the shipment in only 2-3 weeks. When I order the cheap Chinese crap, it takes 4-6 weeks to arrive!
