I have some of the carpet from the MGM Grand from when they first opened in 1993 unused, and some of the replacement carpet when they changed it out, again unused.

Both carpets were very busy, and they had a lot of waste while matching the pattern.

When they decided to use a new pattern the second time around in the public area's, they used the new old pattern still in the warehouse for the employees cafeteria.

Again lots of waste to match the pattern.

That's why I have both in new unused condition.
