it with Acrobat Reader and of course that will not work. Im sure my techno son's can figure it out, but I will send John 2 chips for a hard copy.
His spread sheet sounds like the way to go as people can maintain it and add fields to it to mark what they have. It is just us old farts need a lot of help in figuring this NET stuff out.
