Hi Jill,

I was up until 3:00 this morning trying to figure out how to get the virus off of my laptop. I did two live updates from the symentic website, and so far it isn't helping. I received two more infected emails this morning that went right through the Norton scanning process undetected.
Norton knows about the virus (see the link I posted in my earlier note), but why their software isn't stopping it from attacking my laptop is totally beyond me.

Until I get this problem solved, I'm not sending any email.
