Some ideas... when you put together the list, mix up the locales. Alternate people on the west coast with east coast, rather that have a guy in CA get the package, add his chips to replace the ones he wants, and them mail it to another collector in CA. Maybe you should have people add to the list who put in each chip, and keep that on going. That way, if a chip was in the package, but was taken out by someone who got it before you, you could contact the person who put in that chip if you would also like one. Anyone else have suggestions?
