Actually, now I've re-read my emails with Charles from a couple of years ago I remember what happened.
Because the 'questionable' scans came from numerous sources and it would have been a logistical nightmare to be 100% sure of the source, we agreed to blank out the submitters name (hence they became Anonymous). Consequently when someone replaces the scan with a new one their name goes in the blank space.
That's why it happened as it has. I was thinking something had gone wrong in the system but that is correct. Ignore my comments (which you probably do anyway lol )
